Grandmas cookies- an old tradition

I called my now 93 year old grandma to get her 4 famous german christmas cookie recipes. They aren't too sweet, but just right! The kids decorated them for Santa Claus.

Those are pretty decorations, she used to have chocolate ones, did you not get that recipe?
