Shane's Agency hit their life production goal for 2012. That means he get a nice bonus, but most of it will go to the Agents for the big contest he was running. I am grateful for Shane's job, especially in this economy. We feel blessed and don't take it for granted. Several veteran agents have told me this year that Shane is the best manager they've ever had. He's really got this job down.
